Merseyside [Liverpool] Derby

Mark Clattenburg, Kop Hero

I would like to call him that. We've had some rotten luck with the penalties and along come two in a row - and all for us!
And we get 2 clear penalties against us not picked - now if that is not luck, you tell me what isn't? Now we can stop moaning about our rotten luck getting penalties against us and start playing some football for a start?

Thank you Mark, from the bottom of our Dirk Kuyt.

What is up with the Liverpool midfield then?
Is it that we have forgotten how to work the ball from the middle? Must we have Xabi Alonso in the team for a meaningful pass to come from midfield?
I'm not sure what's gotten into Sissoko, he can't keep the ball to save his life.
At least Mascherano was made one mistake and got the glare from Rafa that almost said - BENCH!

And what about them stars: Babbel for one and Pennant for the other should have been throw in to terrorise the flanks while Gerrard masterminded the centre of midfield.
Babbel and Pennant would have terrorised those wings and kept Lescott a bit busy ...

Poor Lescott, mugged twice in the 6 yard and no penalty decision.

I consider this lucky - 3 points to the good.
No can we have some heart and get some points off Besiktas and Arsenal!

The top flight!

Great to see the Africans doing their bit.
I'm sure Muntari, Drogba, Toure, Eboue, Mwaruwaru and Co are definitely looking forward to the January Cup of Nations.

I'm not sure if Portsmouth, Arsenal, Chelsea are not.
I just wish that was the time we got to play all those away games against them teams - January could be the tell tale.

Many managers know about this - Mr. Alex Ferguson - is betting on it.

The Mancs keep winning - we have to stop them.

Notable Mention - Youngest Barca Scorer

Bojan Krkic scored his first goal for Barca, dropping the youngest goal scoring age at Barca from Messi to 17.8 years ... the factory keeps the production belt moving innit.

Villareal and Espanyol - thumped the big boys well!
Very well!
